Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile material for knowledge and practical training/examination/assessment in various format including multi-mediaDesign course syllabus, training methodologies and assessment methodDeliver knowledge and practical training in classroom or workplaceConduct knowledge examination and practical assessmentMonitor and evaluation training effectiveness to ensure a high standard is maintained.Undertake other duties as assigned for instance sales function

Requirements:

Minimum S1 degree at relevant discipline. S2 will be an advantageMinimum 3 years of experience as Training SupervisorHas experience in training program developmentFamiliar with any reservation systemsYoung, highly motivated personality is preferredInitiative and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively as a team, as well as the ability to work independentlyAbility to use a wide range of PC software effectively including MS Office. Experience and interest in using multi-media software is preferredExcellent communication in English, both oral and written.
