Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

To support shipping activities in ensuring documents and other administration requirement in accordance with customer (buyer) requirement as implied in shipping instructions and supplier/sub-contractor payment prerequisite by preparing and managing readiness and conformity of all related documents in a specified time frame, coordinating relevant parties to submit required document and its proposed progress in timely manner, and maintaining the sales order to SAP system

Requirements:
Education :
Minimum Diploma Degree (any discipline)
Experience :
1 (one) year experience in export /shipping documentation
Computer literacy :
Computer literacy, MS Office & SAP
Language :
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English
( oral and written )
Other qualification / skills:
Document and file management
Time management and reporting
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Understand process of logistic distribution
Understand parties involved in shipping process
